{Chapter Chat - Totter The Tortoise}

This week we are doing Chapter Chat again "YAYA" *Confetti Blows everywhere.* Our new book is  "Code name Bananas." A short recap about the book, there is  a boy named Eric that is a orphan because his Parents died in the war. So his Caregiver is his Grandma that has an Ear Horn that helps her to hear. Unfortunately she is now dead because of the World War Two that is still happening in London.

Now he is at his Uncle Sids house, but Sid has a secret... He has a million Animals in his house that were going to get put down at the Zoo, and one of them is Totter the Tortoise. This is where the Task falls into place.

I have only done One Pop out card the whole year so I deiced to do it again but in a better way.  I added in a clothes splatter everywhere. Why did I do Brown Clothes you ask, I did brown clothes because in 1904 they didn't have bright materials to make bright Clothes  because they would use most fabric for war and wounds. The most Hardest Part to draw was the whole Tortoise because drawing a Washing Basket as a shell is pretty difficult.

{CASE CLOSED BLOG POST}

Today we finally solved the crime! Mrs Taffee came into to our Class and we told her the main facts about   why we think its her, In total we had five facts.

Mrs Taffee had finger prints on the door and in many more places, Her shoe size matched up to the culprits, She had a cut on her right wrist during school holidays.

She turned quite, when she came in  the room she was all jazzed up but she turned dead silent...

"You got me, I cant keep it in for any longer, I stole your HDMI-CORD and chocolates" Mrs Taffee confessed to us that she did it. She told us the back story of why she did.

She was at school on Saturday 10th of October which is when it happened.  When she came in she saw a  HDMI - CORD so she took it because of her casting issues. But when she was just about to leave with the cord and chocolates she thought she heard somebody coming so she left in a dash, when she opened the door she forgot that she had a cut in her right wrist so that left a mark.

She ended up sneaking 18 mini Chocolates, and Stole the HDMI-CORD but is going to give it back. Also going to buy a new chocolate bag for Whetu Team.

SECRET CSI CODING ADD ON

This week I found the FIRST Code Breaker to do "YAY." Last week I started with Two and Three, thinking it was One and Two.

Instead of un-coding letters it was numbers, the Teachers deiced to swap it up.

When I was making up my own code it was still as difficult as last time because if you mess up one letter then it messes up your whole code. This time I made my code really long, so it takes whoever wants to un- code it,  it'll take longer.

This weeks code was pretty difficult but still, really fun and challenging.

Here's my CSI Code Sheet :D

Grammar Cop

This week AKA Last week I did Grammar Cop, your most likely thinking "What the heck is that?" Well my way of putting it is, that your a Cop that's looking out to fix the Grammar.

Anyways Last week the Teachers decided to put Grammar Cop online because most people don't do it on paper which is weird because they will do it online.

Since I was doing it online for a change it was "OK" but I prefer it on paper, because being on a screen majority of the day gets the SAME if that makes sense.

One thing that I struggle with is spotting and placing Commas, because they can be put anywhere. But I think I did my best that I could and hopefully its correct.

I enjoyed the Jack and Jill task, because what I had to do was chose what word made the most sense, Him or He.

Here's my One of my Online slides, and a Copy and on Paper.

Guy Fawkes Blog Challenge

This week for our "Blog Challenge" was to learn a bit more about Guy Fawkes day. It seemed boring but since I got to decorate it a bit, it was so much fun.

As usual I have to say whats the hardest, it was re-wording the information because I don't want to use someone else's work. But No Joke re-wording words is super HARD.

But I DID IT, when I finished it, I decorated it with some fireworks to make it pop, and I think they made it look AWESOME!

Here's my Poster :D

:D Letter of the Week for Week 5 :D

This week for Letter of the Week our letter was "C". C seems easy well that's what I thought because of things like, Chocolate, Cake well basically FOOD.

But it ended up being harder than I intended.

The Hardest Part about doing Letter of the Week is coming up with a C sentence, because it is more than hard its like near impossible. Most people think its easy but its pretty hard to think about stuff on the spot, because your brain turns invisible for a bit.

But Letter of the Week is hard, but it means I learn a little bit  each day which is GREAT.

Just to change the subject a little bit I do like how it changes each week, and not the same old stuff.

! SECRET CSI CODING !

This week we got given a Secret Coding sheet with two codes to solve.

Most people don't like coding but I enjoy doing a good old puzzle every now and then. In the first couple of words I solved I had no clue what it was going to form, but eventually it spelt out "Look carefully to uncover the clues."

The hardest part of it all, was trying to make up your own code, and to try not get the wrong letter in with your word or else it wouldn't make sense.

When I finished both of my Codes, Melissa wanted to try and solve one of them and I'm like "Sure why not!"

So she did, she finished it and I think she liked it.

! MUGSHOT HALF DRAWING !

This week for a new Rotation was to draw your other half of your Mugshot... Which was more than difficult for me because drawing is not my thing.

We got given half of our face from the start of the year and everyone was like, "I have changed "A LOT and I'm like "SAME HERE."

When we were told we were doing this I'm like "NO WAY" but I had no choice. I started by doing my glasses, I kept drawing rubbing out drawing rubbing out, but you can't tell that I did I think. But I kept doing messing up in each and every part of my drawing.

The hardest part was trying to get your face to look like how it is, and not an Alien, trying to get your eye in the right postilion.

But even though I can't draw as well as others, I think that my final mugshot sketch is actually really good and realistic, its better then what I intended.

I'M WANTED WANTED DEAD OR ALIVE...

Athletics Day (AKA) My Training

As you probably know I wasn't at Athletics Day because I went to Pickle-ball instead, but ill just be telling you about my Training because that's as good as its gonna get.

This Year since I'm a Year Six meant that I would have to practice for High Jump, and I am more than terrified of high jump I'm frightened to death about it! Maybe that's a bit too much but I'm still like a Deer in head - lights when it comes to high jump.
When we practised for High Jump we started with rope then too the Bar and everyone started to panic but then we practised more often and got better at it.

DISCUS AW MAN that's the same as High Jump but a little bit less worse. I did Discus last year and hated it, but then we I first threw it I was so much better than last year. I was like "WHAAAAT How did I improve in a year?" I guess its just luck! The worse part about Discus is that the Discus feels like its going to fall out but if you put enough momentum in your throw it wont.

Running EH its pretty OK, I mean I can do it but its another thing I don't like. When we were in line to run I didn't really care if I came last in practice because its just practice and you don't get a Medal for first in practice.

Shot-put well I wasn't their on the Practice Day because I was away, because I got a bee sting on my toe. But hopefully the other girls had good practice.

Pickle Ball!

Your probably thinking "PICKLE BALL?!" and I was like that when I first heard about it too. "What is it like a Pickle shaped like a ball" No nothing like that at all, Pickle ball is a Sport. The way I explain it is  that its basically like indoor life size Table - Tennis, it has a Net, Court, Bats and Balls what else do you need. No joke all it is, is Table Tennis but bigger, all you do is hit a ball over a net, everyone can play it even if you don't like running or sport. I really like Pickle ball that's why I wasn't at school on Tuesday because I went to play Pickle ball with my Mum and others. I like Pickle ball so much I would skip School just to play (sorry school). There you go you just learned about something else than Science or Maths. You'll thank me later when you play.

Letter of the Week!

This Week for our Whoogle I deiced too do Letter of the Week to tick off the list. If you don't know what Letter of the Week is here is my explanation, each Week is a new letter, you do Ten questions on basic grammar like Nouns Adjectives so on so on. Put as much pop into it as you can or as I say Supernova effort, which I think I did. I put my time into it and made it into a Supernova, I like the colours I added because its simple but sometimes simple is the way to go.

Here's my end product

{Chapter Chat - Listening Device}

This week for Chapter Chat there were a lot of options and it was hard to choose just one. But the one that popped out for me to do was the...
