Book Week Bingo Week 10! (bee inquiry)

This is my Book Week Bingo (Bee inquiry). The teachers have brought this up since it is the last week of term, so we have things to do. I like it so it gives me more things to do I chose to do my bee inquiry, to me it was pretty hard because I did life cycle for my bee inquiry, if you think about it there is barely any ways to present it but I did it in the end. So all I did was my flaps so then when you un-flapped all the flaps it looked like a honeycomb but it looked more like a flower. Also the yellow honeycomb is facts about bees, and the orange one is the bee life cycle. I think I did my bee inquiry awesome!

Chapter Chat Fabulous Finish Week 9

This Week we are on our last week for Chapter Chat, this term so I made this one count, now I am just going to tell you the process of my book, first I made a document for my charters so I could put there information on the document, then I made the charters on avatar maker it helped a lot, then I got my information printed out then I cutted them out then glued then decorated, my book (I made the book).
Also making my book was quite a rush because we only had like say 20-minutes, to finish because then it was home time so then I had to do a little bit at home! I would just like to say thanks for Ihi helping me a little bit just because, in some parts it was a two person job and she was the person that helped me.

Week 7 Free Choice Research Centre about Walt Disney with a buddy!

I did Free Choice Research Centre about Walt Disney with a buddy. My nice buddy was Izzy/Isabella.M, we worked my this slide together about Walt Disney heres the link if you would like to see what we had done. I came up with the idea to go onto google drawing and make a little drawing and then screen-shot, it then put it on the slide and I made all the pictures by me self. My favourite one is the one that has the name tag to know who you are! I think the hardest thing was for both of us was, that finding about so much things about Walt Disney.  But first of I new he had made Mickey Mouse. Also the reason we had to research about Walt Disney ( but there were other people to research about, like Thomas Edison, Alexander Graham Bell and also there were more people I just forgot the name sorry) So then the quiz had started so Mr. Daniels/Teacher, would point to a famous person then you would call what he or she had made something you had knew so we chose Walt Disney because we knew, a few things about him! Also most of the famous people had dyslexia like Ally in the book Fish, in a Tree

Week 6 Fantastic Favorite Creation Station

This is my Chapter chat for this week (week 6). I did Fantastic favorite creation station.  Now I am going to describe my drawing, first I will start at the top the light brown side is milk chocolate, and the dark brown is hershey's chocolate. Then we move onto the school there is a big bold sign and then two, windows because that's all they can afford hahaha, and then there are tall walls and one door. Now at the kids with the candy the kids are picking up the candy with the shovels. The reason I did this Chapter chat is because Ally got voted class president, also she has dyslexia so there was Shae and Ally so then Shae said that like, I am going to make all these promises like bigger lunch times you can bring candy to school, when she could not make those promises and also she is pretty mean also, that's probably why not many people voted Shae. But then Ally said I can't promise them all but I will try to. Then Ally won with 8 votes and Shae 4 votes. Also this drawing was described by I think his name, was Jack because he did not like the fruit break rule.

Vocabulary Challenge pick n mix Week 5

This is my Chapter chat for this week/week 5, I did Vocabulary for pick n mix if you can't read, what it says then heres what it says

 1st Diagonally means like going sideways/across ways like, now walk diagonally across to the farmhouse. 2nd Incorporate means like including people, like lets incorporate you and you. 3rd Restoration means  the owners something you have to give back. 4th Logically means like rules. 5th Sacrificed means you would Sacrifice a piece of our candy, for your cat. 6th Opponents means like your VS somebody, in a game of Yahtzee and they are your opponent.

So that was my Chapter chat also I just broke, my arm so that's the best I could do.

Creation station Chapter Chat.

This is my Chapter Chat for this week first if your wondering why I made this it is because in the book, Whetu team is reading it is called Fish in a Tree. Ally pulled out a color wheel then she span it, by using the strings then everybody in the room said wow! So know we got that out of the way, this is my Chapter Chat for this week I made a color wheel. It was pretty hard to make but it failed sadly, but that is okay. I think I know why it did not work, first of all I think I poked the hole's to fit the string in to, close together, but it might not be that. And second of all I think that I just need more practice because it is pretty hard. But its all about learning. 

Vocabulary challenge last week

This is from last weeks Chapter chap I forget to finish sorry. So the words are to know about is Constructive, Delirious, Infinite, Optimist, Nutritional, and Injustice. So Constructive means having or intended to have us-full, or beneficial purpose. Then Delirious means in an acutely disturbed state, of mind characterized by rest lessness, illusions, and incoherence affected. Infinite means limitless or endless in space, or size impossible to measure or calculate. Optimist means a person who tends to be hopeful confident about the future or the success of something. Nutritional means relating to the process of providing or obtaining the food necessary for heath and growth. Injustice means Lack of fairness or justice.
