My Lockdown Digital Diary Task 1

This Week we got shared slides to do our Digital diary, either to our Future selfs, reviews of movies and a couple more. Today I decided to write a mini letter to Future me, the task was to say how to become calm if you were stressed or any other situation. Since we do mindfulness I wanted to do something  similar, I said to take 5 deep breaths and take a moment of silence for yourself you can do it. Maybe you could lay down or sit up to take your 5 breaths. I did many more sentences but I did not write them all down.
