Shelters, shelters, shelters, building shelters is a good skill to learn, even if you don’t like going outside, you never know when you will be faced with a situation where you have to spend the night unprepared in the wilderness. 

Favourite Shelters

Our first favourite shelter is the Tarp Shelter/Tent. We want to do this one because it is simple and more like a real tent/shelter, so it is like your out on a camping trip but your really not.

Our second favourite shelter is the Spider Shelter, we would like to build it because it looks really spooky and kinda haunted, plus it is really easy to make check out this website, to see how you make it. It is mostly made out of leaves and branches to protect you from the outside.

Shelters, Shelters, Shelters, there are so many types of them, like a bush-craft shelters animal shelters and many more.  Did you know that shelters are actually really helpful, like for instance if the sky goes really manky and it looks like it is going to rain, then just quickly build a shelter with the things around you, then it protects you by keeping you dry from the rain. Or if there is wild animals around you then if you build a shelter about medium size then they cannot get in because if you make, it to big then they can squeeze in through the gape.

                    Where to build shelters/Good places to build
The best habitat to build a shelter is flat and dry ground, plus branches and leaves. You want to build your shelter on flat and dry land, because it is more stable because if you have wet gooey land then your shelter/tent, will sink into mud that's like quick sand. If you build on a sloped area then your shelter will most likely go down the slop. But like I said in the top peace of shelters you should really use the stuff around you instead of losing your spot for looking for better materials. When you build shelters a good idea is to build your shelter on high ground because if you get hurt then somebody will see you so then you should get help straight away.

Term 4 Week 3 Chapter Chat Digital Design.

This is my Chapter Chat for Week 3 Term 4.  Now I am going to carry on explaining to you about my task.  Behind Mr Charles is sunflower seeds on a shelf, I made the cool looking sunflower seeds myself, I was going to make a sunflower plus seed equals sunflower seeds. If you can see I made him reflect on the counter because I personally think, that he cleans it twenty four seven.  Ok know lets leave talking about my Chapter Chat task, because know your going to be informed about what has happend is Ghost, so far. So we left of when Ghost went to the country shop telling Mr. Charles why he is not at school, a lot has happend since then. So Ghost went back to track but then he forgot that on Fridays, there is no practice. So then he went to the basketball court, since he loves basketball. Then he kept carrying on about the people that was always there, like the try hards always try's but never gets a hoop, then the smelly one's, who always sweats but he talked about much more. Then he forgot to mention that for all the newbies gets to go to Chinese and gets to welcome themselves, to the team. Ghost was so exited because he always has to eat hospital food, because they can not afford good food so he had to save some of his, food for her. He got duck which I am surprised that he got duck. Then Coach Broody made them say a good/bad secret about them self's, and you have to come up what ghosts reason was...

Term 4 Week 2 Chapter Chat Away with Words.

This is my Chapter Chat for Week 2 I did Away with Words. My original Idea was to try to make it  straight down but, it did not work out. I kinda like how it curves out like a C, for Chapter Chat so its not all bad. But anyways I am going to share to you what has happend in Ghost, so Ghost went to social studies with this tall as teacher that has birth marks, on half of her face. Her laugh is like a car engine trying to start but it always fails. She laughed because Ghost has High top, shoes but he cut them to be like low tops. Then Ghost went to a shop called, Only-Sports then he ran out of the store with really expensive shoes, and your probably wondering how he stole them, well he just stuffed them inside his bag and left, but you would have thought that they had beep machines, to see if somebody is stealing something but nope. He went to the sunflower-seeds shop that he gets his sunflower seeds from, then ghost came up to the shop keeper and said "can I buy some sunflower seeds" Ok but they are $10 until you tell me why your not at school" said the shop keeper "Well people laughed at me" Said ghost while rolling up is trousers.

Calendar Art

This is my completed Calendar art I think it looks a little bit, funny but that's fine. There were so many types of Calendar art we could do this year, there was Paper flowers and houses by Mrs Heaven, also there was under water scenes with Mrs Kennedy then last but not least Zentangling with Miss Sowden, that's the one I chose it was really difficult but I got it finished in the end. It was so hard to make the right face even though I just had to smile. My nickname I called myself is Bald potato because admit it I look like it.

Term 4 Week 1 Chapter Chat Research Centre.

This is my Research for Week 1 but some of you might have thought, it was Creative Station but it is not. For Research we had to Research about famous world records. I think I know why we had to Research about world records because ghost, might get a world record for running. Sorry I forgot to tell you about our new book, its called Ghost the characters in the book is called, Castle/Ghost, Coach, Lou and there were other people but I forgot. So castle has a nickname called Ghost (he made it up for himself) he loves sunflower seeds. Then one day he went to a running track and vs other people, and he came 1st so the Coach kept saying can you please join my team but then he just kept saying no. Then the Coach and he were waking around then the Mum saw and asked "Why are you walking around with a stranger" and then the coach said, "If he has one whoops in school then he's out." Ghost and his   Mum are poor by the way.

My Holiday.

                                       What I did in Week 1 of my Holiday!
Zoo Zoo Zoo as you can tell from the start of this sentence, I started off by going to the Zoo in Auckland on Sunday. We went with a couple other people like my Auntie and my Nana when we got there, there was no parking it was like we turned into a angry herd of Elephants, because we could not find parking but in the end we did. Then we got past the gates then we all smelled a big untested smell of animal poo. Then after the Zoo, we tried Lime-Scooting but you can only unlock one per app, which I think is pretty stupid. Then we went to the movies in Thames on Monday.


                                        What I did in Week 2 of my Holiday!
To me, this week of my holiday was just a chill.  We really did not do much, we just went to Themes to get my brothers toenail cut off, because he had a sore ingrown toenail.  That's why He has not been at school lately. *PS it looks really gross because all the puss is coming out, so there is blood and puss coming out of his toenail*
